Lightboxes

I created a series of lightboxes as part of my ongoing exploration of an imaginary, all-female utopian space. In this place, normally taboo female desires are allowed to run amok; the figure's actions are often confusing, making it difficult to determine whether they are trying to hurt or make love to one another. The lightboxes, with their subtle glow and jewel-like colors, function as windows into this universe of women.
